Isn't there a PS3 you should be playing?
This is not a problem with the Elite. I've had this problem ages ago. even Oblivion wouldn't load the downloaded content without being signed into Live (I think it does now though).
Strange how despite all these "problems" I still spend most my time my 360.

I loved the Halo 1 pistol. I really get tired of the these games giving you a crummy pistol for a starting weapon. Halo CE broke the mould. Using the pistol in Halo CE to me was like "WOW! A pistol you can actually USE!".
None-the-less, I agree in toning it down somewhat for the sake of dualwielding. It would simply be ridiculous dual-wielding those things. Shame Bungie didn't recognise dual wielding as the gimmick that it is, and root it out early.
The point is Resistance sucks...the fact you say it took 1 year to make explains that.
And remember, alot of Sony fans said it would be better than Gears, Halo 3, e.t.c.

I hate the PS3 having a Spiderman font. I look at it and I think "Wow, is this their vision for the greatest console of all time? Copy a movie font? They certainly took their time..." It's even worse now the movies coming out, 'cose I see the "3" and think "Oh look, it's a PS3 ad! No wait, it's just Spiderman 3". It's almost as if Sony care more about Spiderman than the PS3...
It's not exactly going to affect whether I buy the console or not,...

Yeah, everyone knows where meat comes from. So, why is it that when most people see an animal reared for food being slaughted in the most legal, and humane way we humans can think of, they start puking over themselves and moaning about the poor thing?
The average person needs to know that a hamburger is a animal's life. People should experience the slaughter of an animal to know exactly what it takes to feed themselves, and if they don't like it, they can stop eating meat.

Like most people, I saw a clear difference with the motion blur, with the ball, but saw practically no difference in the UT footage (60, 24, and yes, the 15 fps one).
As long as I can see what's happening with making my eyes bleed, I'm a happy man.
That's because it's the Sony fanboy's doing the hype. First they said GTA 4 will own the XBox 360...then it went multiplatform, and the Sony fanboy's no longer mentioned it.
Then it was Assassins Creed. Always on their "Amazing PS3 game list that makes the 360's list look crap". Then it went multiplatform, and they don't mention it anymore.
Same with Virtua Fighter as well. And then Devil May Cry.

Major flamebait. If you read the full articule, it's obvious, 'cose he talks about the strenght of all 3 platforms, but the heading only talks about the PS3.
And anyway, isn't game suppose to be about Gameplay>graphics?

I have wi-fifor my 360 and I see virtually no difference to my brothers wired 360, even though mine is in a different room. I'm not saying anyone is wrong, it's just my experience.
Having wi-fi in the PS3 is no doubt a bonus, and even though I need one for my 360, the majority of my friends online don't have, or use wireless.
But I suppose the 360 Elite might as well have buil in wireless. Wi-fi may only appeal to a small percentage of gamers, but then so does ...
once again, this has nothing to do with the Elite, it's a problem the 360 has always had.
And the "360 fans" are also "360 owners" who have experienced the problem.
